About Our Company.
Hi, my name is Kadie. My husband Adam and I, our daughter Elloise and our loveable shop dog Stella are the proud owners of Chippewa Valley Floral and have been since 2019. We are a local floral and antique shop located in downtown Eau Claire, WI. We have a wide variety of flowers, plants and antiques. We love to find fun and interesting ways to incorporate flowers, plants and antiques together to create something unique and personal. Putting that personalized touch on arrangements and event work is what makes what we do so special. We love tailoring flowers and gifts to you or the person you are giving it to.
How did I get here?
I have always loved getting creative and making fun unique things for my family and friends. When the opportunity to purchase a flower shop came up it was a perfect fit. We were able to put our own personal touch on things by incorporating vintage and antique items into the store. Adam and I have always loved antiques. We love being able to take something people might not appreciate anymore or know what to do with and give it a new life and purpose. We always smile when people come in and see something that brings back memories for them and we get to hear their stories. Plus we have the added bonus of having an excuse to always be on a treasure hunt for new fun things for the store!
What we do!
We service Eau Claire and the surrounding Chippewa Valley area by offering delivery and pick up. In addition to everyday flowers and gifts we also specialize in wedding, funeral, and event flowers. Getting to know our customers and personalizing their experience is what we love. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service. We will always go the extra mile to ensure our customers have a memorable experience. We also love to help make our customers crazy and unique ideas come to life!

Our shop is open:
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday but do do event and funeral deliveries if ordered in advance. To place a weekend delivery please call the store to inquire if we are available.

Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee will be added to each order based on the delivery address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
Local Delivery Fees:
Eau Claire- $9.95, Altoona- $10.95, Chippewa Falls- $17.95, Fall Creek- $22.95, Elk Mound $17.95
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time we will try and accoedate same day delivered but if we are unable to it will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We deliver to funerals and events on Saturday and Sundays if ordered in advance. To order for a weekend delivery please call the store to see if we are available.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
Holiday Deliveries
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
